Update: Site Visits & Q&A for Supply and Installation of Turn Key SWRO

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) is inviting interested parties to participate two site visits:

  • Madame Pierre, Petite Martinique: Thursday, August15, 2013 at 9:45 am
  • Hillsborough, Carriacou: Thursday, August 15, 2013 1:15 pm.

Those intending to participate in this exercise do not need to RSVP. Only questions pertaining to the site will be entertained during the visits. You can peruse a list of existing questions and answers about this initiative here.

The site visits are part of an ongoing process in which bids are being accepted  for the supply and installation of a Turn Key SWRO, Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP)/Fiberglass Tank, Centrifugal Distribution Pump and Solar PV Energy Grid Connected System (ID# ICB-SWRO-GND) for Madame Pierre, Petite Martinique and Hillsborough, Carriacou, Grenada.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified by Department for International Development (DFID), and is open to all bidders. Bids are being accepted until 3pm on September 2, 2013.

This initiative is funded by the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID) under the Caribbean Regional Resilience Development Implementation Plan (IP) Aries Project 202595.  Read the official invitation for bids here.
